*waves* Hello!
I am a 24 year old female pansexual. It has taken me what has felt like an eternity to accept this as a part of myself. It’s funny, but while I have always accepted people as they are, no matter their shape, colour, sexual orientation, dietary preferences, etc. But when it came to this part of myself, I struggled with accepting it. With getting to the “I’m okay” part of it all.
But, after all this time, I have recently accepted this. And it feels… Good.
When someone isn’t quite sure how to react when I tell them, I like to make a light joke about not discriminating when it comes to attraction and love. When you think about it, how could that ever be a bad thing? ;)
I just wanted to say to all those struggling with acceptance when it comes to themselves, just give yourself some time. Be patient with yourself. Because, something like this is big. It can be scary. But in the end, it should be a very positive thing. Never be ashamed of who you truly are inside, and never lie to yourself.
Because this is your life, and you only get to live it once.
Remember, you are not alone. And while I may not be an expert on anything, really, if you ever need to talk, message me! :)
I’ve been told that I’m a good listener.
Anyways, take care of yourselves and live the good life!

[Submitted by platinumspeed - tumblr screenshot of an anonymous question “so what exactly do you identify as? homosexual, bisexual, straight, etc. I’m rather confused.” patinumspeed’s answer is “I am simply a person who loves people. Nothing more, nothing less <3” and a photo of (presumably) them in a red top with a blue shirt over it and a yellow neck-scarf, smiling and holding a hand-coloured pansexual flag.]

pansexual comes from the greek prefix pan-, which translated means “all”.
Submission from fears-vsdreams: <3
Image of pansexual flag and the words “We all fall in love.” with a heart around the word ‘all’.unless you’re a pansexual aromantic but y’know
That’s a good point. I was just pleased it wasn’t a genderblind graphic and forgot about aromantic people. My bad.

This is my pansexuality patch on my all-weather jacket. I should probably make another one, it’s pretty worn.
Image: a brown jacket with a tie dye patch sewn on. It looks home made. It’s the pansexual sign, dyed pink, yellow and blue.

Because I Love who I Love. ^_^
Image description: Notebook with whole page coloured in as pansexual flag, held up (and slightly covering) the persons face. The person is white-appearing, with long dark hair and a side fringe, dark eye make up and a big earring in their visible ear. They are smiling, and are wearing a blue top.

I Love these!
new desktop background found!
oh, and you should all follow Lily :) She’s awesome!
Various images with black backgrounds and white text reading “Pansexual and Proud” - out of focus, pan flag colour lights; pan flag colour smudges; pan flag colour hearts; pan flag colour dots and swirls; pan flag colour wash (on black, mind) with matching pan symbols; overlapping pan flag colour symbols.
Thanks, Lily. Is it okay with you if people use these images as desktop backgrounds?
